Kitty City Charter Rules

  • Mandatory daily nap times

  • Toe Beans must be cleaned daily

  • All workers must be strictly supervised by one or more Senior Cats (particularly when determining what to knock on the floor)

  • Employees must wash paws after using the litter box (not washing properly will result in the Ones with Thumbs scolding and raising voices for no apparent reason)

  • Breakfast is at 4:40 am sharp and will be preceded by pawing and rubbing ones hind quarters into the faces of the Ones with Thumbs.

  • Caterwauling not required but highly recommended

  • The following baked goods will be prepared nightly:

    • Babka

    • Biscuits

    • Bread

    • Buns

  • Dogs allowed by invitation only

  • If I fits, I sits

  • Responding to one’s name is purely optional
